We are committed to providing the highest quality product possible for our customers. This includes the use of real butter in our pastry creations. While some bakeries use margarine or even lard in their production, we feel that the use of 100% butter, traditionally hand-folded into our pastry dough is essential to making the tastiest, flakiest pastry that we can. Furthermore, European chocolates, real eggs and fresh whole milk make our products part of a completely high quality, premium line of baked goods. 
The bakery's goal is to make the most natural and preservative-free product.
