Watson Lake Inn located just minutes from downtown Prescott, provides spectacular views of the Granite Dells, Mingus Mountain and the San Francisco Peaks in the distance. The log home was refurbished and opened in March of 2017 to provide our guests a unique lodging and culinary experience. At the Watson Lake Inn, breakfasts, coffee and desserts will feature local and artisanal foods. We embrace a return to the old ways with whole foods and ancient grains - naturally grown or raised, nutrient-dense and minimally processed. The Inn is also home of The Culinary Academy, the place where you can learn to have fun in the kitchen. Classes are meant to entertain, amuse, and inspire you, giving you confidence no matter what you're cooking up. Our classes cover a world of cuisines and trendy topics.
